There are really 4 types of real estate brokers:
At the top, there’s the Grant Cardone’s of the world and the Million Dollar Listing TV stars, which are really less than 0.1% of the real estate sphere.
Then there are the sharks.
Real estate brokers who are straight-up assassins, making millions every year just by closing deals (by the way, if that’s you, I don’t want to waste your time, this ad is not for you).
Then, there’s those who have a family business or a few ventures of their own and are working on some big projects on the side, hoping to land a huge deal to take them to the next level. But even if it doesn’t work out, they still have their thing going on to cover for their bread and butter.
And lastly, there are the hustlers.
Those who dropped everything else they were doing and went all-in on becoming successful real estate agents and brokers in hopes of becoming one day, sharks themselves.
And though I probably would have been somewhere in the third group while I was a RE agent in NYC, a lot of times it sure as hell felt like being part of that last group, knowing that if I don’t close a couple of rentals this month, it’s going to get real tight!
Now the reason I’m telling you all of this is that I recently thought about you.
You see, my main gig was always online marketing, and recently I launched an online course specifically targeted at local service business owners (you know, locksmiths, roofers, plumbers, etc), teaching them how to run ads on Google without having to pay someone like me $12K/year, for something they can learn on a single weekend.
But then I thought what if I share this with real estate brokers and agents.
Maybe this could help them grow their family business, or maybe they could help a few of their friends and neighbors so they know they have those couple grand every month to cover their costs, so that way they won’t have to be pushy with their clients, but have the patience and stamina for the long run, and not settle just so they can pay the bills.
I don’t know, maybe I’m wrong…
But if you feel like this is something that can help you in life, feel free to check it out. It’s got 100% satisfaction guaranteed or you get your money back.
And if this isn’t relevant for you but is relevant to a fellow agent or a friend, tag them in this post.
They might even thank you for it.
